Debbie has worked in care for 29 years. Debbie started her career as a community health care worker transitioning into a residential setting supporting others to have a fulfilling and happy life. As a Mother of five sons Debbie knows how important it is to ensure people are well looked after and kept safe, whilst trying to encourage independence as much as possible. Debbie has completed her NVQ Diplomas and her skills and interest lay in practice leadership.
