Nicola has worked in care for 29 years starting her career in a care home at 16 working in the elderly sector. Having developed her knowledge, gaining qualifications and experience in different care
sectors over the years Nicola has been a registered manager for a number of years.  Nicola has focused her work on autism and challenging behaviour, completing her IABA course and registered managers qualification.

She is a mother of three children and family is very important to her. She has an ethos of promoting independence and always ensuring safety and wellbeing.
