Chrispin has worked for CLBD since 2015 and has developed and grown with CLBD. Joining the company as a support worker, Chrispin has worked his way through the company and has recently become a registered manager after completing his NVQ Level 5.

Chrispin has worked with various client groups across CLBD all with specific complex support needs. This has included people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
