Dean has worked in the field of learning disabilities for a number of years having started hiscareer as a support worker.
Dean has both professional and personal experience in the field of learning disability havingsupported his parents with his younger brother.

Dean has studied at the Tizard Centre, completed the ATLASS course in conjunction withStudio 3 and undergone training with the IABA.
Dean’s interests lay in promoting an organisational approach to positive behaviour support,the reduction of restrictive practices and supporting individuals to make the transition fromhospital placements to successful long-term community placements.
