Liane has worked supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs for many years. She started her career as a support worker, developing her skill set and progressing through roles such as team leader, deputy manager, and now becoming a registered manager within CLBD. Liane has been doing this while completing her NVQ Level 5.

As a mother of young boys, Liane believes that a foundation of family values is important and that a nurturing environment, along with key relationships, enables people to develop their skills and achieve their goals while feeling safe.
