Before her time in CLBD Louise worked supporting individuals with drug addictions and struggles with their mental health. Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team in a replacement prescribing program which also provided support to affected families.

Louise began her career with CLBD as a support worker and has worked her way up to become a registered manager. Louise has personal experience with her son being diagnosed with autism at the age of 4. Louise is currently completing her Health and Social Care NVQ level 5.
