Sam has been supporting people in services for 25 years. She has worked her way up through the ranks from Support Worker to her current role as Facilitations Director.

Her initial passion in this sector stemmed from her sister, who is diagnosed with a learning disability and autism, along with health-related conditions.

Sam studied at the University of Kent’s Tizard Centre. Sam is responsible for quality and compliance across the services
