Sarah has recently joined the CLBD organisation.

Prior to this she worked for the NHS as a registered learning disability and mental health specialist nurse where she has been working with individuals with learning disabilities for the last 17years.

Sarah has a strong commitment to wanting to support and meet the health needs of adults with learning disabilities, ensuring a collaborative approach is adopted with their families/carers and other organisations when appropriate. Sarah is responsible for overseeing the health needs of the individuals we support from health assessment and intervention, promotion, and education. Sarah’s goal will be to ensure the individuals within CLBD access the right health care services at the right times, ensuring reasonable adjustments are made when required.
