Tina joined the team in July 2017 as Head Office Manager and PA to Debbie and Richard, founding Directors of CLBD, progressing her career to her current role as Business Director and Company Secretary to the CLBD companies. Tina has a banking, accounts and PA background and has also worked and been involved with many areas associated with the autism, learning difficulties and mental health spectrum throughout the years. Just before joining CLBD, Tina worked in Interior Design and utilises this experience during the creation of our bespoke, personalised homely places for CLBD people to live.

Tina is the Mum of the first person that CLBD created a bespoke residential package for. Her son is at the severe end of the autism spectrum and as such has complex needs. He had lived in six failed placements before Debbie and Richard were approached. As soon as they met Tina’s son, they knew that CLBD could create a home and care package completely person centred, with a tailor-made environment for him, and set about it immediately.

Tina and her family were involved every step of the way with them, during the project and her son successfully moved to CLBD in April 2015. 8 Years later he continues to live a wonderful life in an equally wonderful environment. 

Tina loves the ethos of CLBD and what they have created for her son. She wanted to join Debbie and Richard and the team on their passionate journey to change the lives of many people with autism, learning difficulties and other mental health issues, by building and delivering a dream, best home and care package for each and every one they can.
