Directors
Tina Williams
Managing Director
Tina became involved with CLBD in early 2015 when they created their first bespoke residential care package, which was for her son who has complex needs. He had been in many failed placements before this. The package was completely person centred with a tailor-made environment especially for him. CLBD involved Tina and her family every step of the way during the project which helped create a successful long-term placement, one which he is still thriving in today. It was this ethos and passion for changing people’s lives that she saw in CLBD, that persuaded Tina to join the team. Tina’s working background is in Finance and Banking, but she also has lived experience and has worked and been involved with many areas associated with the Autism, Learning Difficulties and Mental Health spectrum throughout the years.
When CLBD transitioned to an EOT Tina progressed from Business Director and Company Secretary to become the Managing Director. She now oversees the entire company and its overall operations working closely and collaboratively with the Directors in the senior team.
Tina is also a Trustee on the EOT Trustee board and provides the link between CLBD the company and the other Trustees. The Trustees are all custodians of the Trust and ensure that CLBD are acting in the best interest of the employees of CLBD and to ensure that employees are the long-term beneficiaries of the organisation’s success.
Tina is looking forward, with the team, to continuing all the wonderful work that CLBD has achieved to change the lives of the people we support now and, in the future, and our staff teams. too.
